Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to the specialized nature of some marine equipment, the following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom Sail Loft products (made-to-order sails)
  • Opened fishing line (Rope & Line category)
  • Used sailboat hardware (Sailboat Parts & Hardware)
  • Any products showing signs of use or water exposure

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original packaging materials.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your marine equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
