Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Mark packages as “Marine Sports Equipment” for smoother customs clearance

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Sail Loft products (made-to-order sails)
  • Opened fishing line (Rope & Line category)
  • Used sailboat hardware (Sailboat Parts & Hardware)
  • Any products showing signs of use or water exposure

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage with all original materials.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Returns Department using a trackable method (address provided in approval email).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Same value items: We’ll ship your replacement immediately after processing your return
  • Higher value items: You’ll need to place a new order for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your marine equipment arrives damaged:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
